Compliance pack

A pack for buyers,
not a brochure

Most of it is questions to ask an outbound supplier, including several we would find awkward. Free, and useful whether or not you ever work with us.

01 What is in it

Ten sections, no sales pitch

Written for the person who has to evaluate suppliers and does not want to be sold to. If you read it and then hire someone else, it has still done its job.

Questions to ask any supplier Fifteen questions with a note on what a good answer sounds like and what a weak one is hiding. Use them on us too.
Calling windows The control most often got wrong, why it is invisible from inside the building, and what should happen to a record that is not currently eligible.
Recording consent Why a single national recording policy is always wrong somewhere, and what to ask about mid-call objections.
DNC, import versus dial time Why screening a list on load is necessary but not sufficient, and how internal suppression should behave.
Attempt caps Why one number applied everywhere cannot be correct in every jurisdiction at once.
Who carries which risk The split between you and the supplier on data provenance, script claims and how the call is placed. The section most buyers have not thought about.
If you supply the data A checklist of what you should be able to evidence about your own list before handing it to anyone.
Recorded is not reviewed What a real QA scorecard contains, what calibration means, and how compliance exceptions should reach you.
Due diligence checklist One page, designed to print and take into the meeting.
What it is not Not legal advice, and deliberately without a state-by-state hours table. The pack explains why publishing one would be irresponsible.
02 Get the pack

Where should we send it?

The pack is temporarily available on request. Email us at [email protected] with your name and company and we will send it to you directly.

We use what you send us to reply with the pack and, if it looks relevant, to follow up once. We do not add you to a mailing list, because we do not run one. Handling is described in our privacy policy.
