We control the platform
Building our own dialer meant we could put the compliance rules inside the thing that places calls, instead of writing them down and hoping.
About Callrez
Callrez is an outbound call centre and lead supplier. We run our own floor on infrastructure we built, in the verticals we know, for clients in the US and UK.
There are two businesses here and they support each other. We run outbound campaigns for clients using our own agents, and we source and supply leads in the same verticals we dial. Neither is subcontracted. The floor and the data operation sit under the same roof and answer to the same standard.
The connection between the two is the point. Sourcing leads for verticals we also call means we know what a good record looks like once someone is actually on the phone with it, and running campaigns on data we sourced means we hear immediately when something in the sourcing has gone wrong. Most companies in this industry do one or the other and guess at the half they cannot see.
Underneath both is a dialing platform we wrote ourselves. That was a deliberate and expensive decision, and it is the reason we can make specific claims about compliance and pacing rather than pointing at a vendor's feature list.
We take clients in any country. The markets we dial into are the two we have built the compliance architecture for.
This industry has a structural problem. The companies selling outbound mostly do not run outbound. They rent a platform, place your campaign with whichever room has seats free, and pass along whatever the room reports back. When quality drops, nobody in the chain can actually fix it, because nobody in the chain controls the thing that broke.
Compliance suffers the same way. It becomes a document that gets signed rather than a system that says no. Every operator in this market will tell you they are TCPA compliant. Very few can describe the mechanism, because for most of them the mechanism belongs to a vendor.
Building our own dialer meant we could put the compliance rules inside the thing that places calls, instead of writing them down and hoping.
The agents are ours. We recruit, train, certify and review them, so when a campaign needs to change we change how it is being run rather than asking someone else to.
Four verticals, worked properly, rather than a list of twenty we would be learning on your budget.
If a campaign is not a fit, or the volume is not something we can supply well, we say so. Taking work we cannot do properly costs more than turning it down.
You will not find client names on this site, and you will not find a row of logos on the home page. Most of our work sits under contract, none of our clients has given permission to be listed, and a logo wall built without asking is a preview of how a supplier will treat your name once you sign.
We describe what we can do instead. Infrastructure provisioned for concurrent multi-campaign dialing. Over 68,000 leads under management. Two markets and four verticals with live operational experience. If you want to understand our capability in more detail, ask on a call, where we can be specific without publishing something that is not ours to publish.
The same restraint applies to performance numbers. We do not publish conversion rates, answer rates or return figures, because those depend entirely on the offer and the market, and a supplier quoting them before running your campaign is quoting somebody else's results.
The fastest way to judge an outbound supplier is to ask how something works and see whether the answer has any detail in it.
