Clear, natural speech
You have to be easy to understand on a phone line to someone who was not expecting the call. Accent is not the point, clarity is.
Careers
Outbound calling on campaigns we run ourselves, on a platform we built. Training is real, feedback is written down, and nobody is asked to work around the compliance rules.
We would rather tell you exactly what the job is than describe it in a way that makes the first week a surprise.
Almost nobody is good at outbound on their first day. The people who become good at it tend to share four things, and none of them is a qualification.
You have to be easy to understand on a phone line to someone who was not expecting the call. Accent is not the point, clarity is.
Most calls end without a sale, and that is normal rather than a sign you are failing. The job rewards people who can have a bad hour and still dial the next number properly.
You will be given specific feedback on recorded calls, regularly. The people who improve fastest are the ones who take it as information rather than criticism.
The disclosures get read every time, not when it feels convenient. Our platform blocks a lot, but the person on the call still has to do their part.
A person listens to every recording. We reply to every application by email, including the ones we are turning down, because being left to wonder is a bad way to treat someone who asked for a job. Applications are deleted six months after we decide, recording and CV included, unless you ask us to keep yours on file.
