Outsourced call centre

An outbound floor
without building one

We take a campaign from target definition through to a trained floor dialing it every day, on our own platform. You get the operation and the reporting without the hiring, the training or the infrastructure.

01 Campaign setup

How a campaign is set up

Most of the work that decides whether a campaign succeeds happens before an agent picks up a phone. We run setup as a sequence, and we do not skip forward when a client is in a hurry, because a campaign launched on unclear targeting burns data that cannot be un-dialled.

  1. step 01

    Discovery and target definition

What you sell, who buys it, and just as importantly what disqualifies a prospect. We write the qualification criteria down and agree them before anything else is built.

  2. step 02

    Data plan and compliance profile

Where the records come from, how they are screened, and which rules apply in each state or region being dialled. This becomes the configuration the dialer enforces.

  3. step 03

    Script development

The opening, the qualification path, the objections and the required disclosures. Written for your offer rather than adapted from another client's campaign.

  4. step 04

    Agent training and certification

Agents learn the product and the compliance requirements together, then have to demonstrate both before they are cleared to take live calls on the campaign.

  5. step 05

    Pilot and calibration

A controlled first period where we listen to calls closely, fix what the script gets wrong, and tune pacing before volume goes up.

  6. step 06

    Scale and ongoing review

Volume increases once the calls hold up. QA and reporting continue for the life of the campaign, not just through the launch period.

02 Agent quality

The people on the phones are ours

We are not a broker placing your campaign with whichever room has capacity this month. The agents dialing your campaign are recruited by us, trained by us and reviewed by us, and they stay on the campaign long enough to actually learn the offer.

Recruited for the work

Outbound is a specific skill. We hire for clear speech, resilience and coachability, and we are honest with candidates about what the day involves so the people who start are the people who stay.

Certified before they dial

No agent takes a live call on a campaign until they have been signed off on both the product and the compliance requirements for the markets they will be calling.

Coached against a written standard

Feedback comes from a scorecard, not from a manager's mood. An agent can see exactly what was marked down and what a better version of the call sounds like.

Kept on the campaign

Agents are assigned to a campaign rather than pulled from a shared pool, so the objection they heard yesterday informs how they handle it today.

03 Compliance on the floor

The dialer enforces it, not the agent

An agent under pressure at four in the afternoon should not be the last line of defence on whether a call is legal to place. On our platform they are not. Calling windows, attempt caps, DNC status and recording consent are evaluated before the record is ever presented to a person.

That is the direct consequence of having built the dialer instead of renting one. When a rule changes, we change the system. We do not raise a ticket with a vendor and hope it is prioritised.

The full compliance architecture

04 Recording and QA

Every call recorded, every campaign reviewed

Recording is not only a compliance artefact. It is the only honest way to know what your campaign actually sounds like to the people receiving it.

Full recording Every call on every campaign is recorded, subject to the consent rules for the state or region being called.
Written scorecard Calls are reviewed against a defined standard covering the opening, qualification, disclosures and how the call was closed.
Coaching attached to the score A review that produces a number and no conversation changes nothing. Scores come back to the agent with the call and the correction.
Calibration across reviewers Reviewers score the same calls periodically so the standard means the same thing regardless of who applied it.
Compliance exceptions escalated Anything that looks like a breach is raised rather than absorbed into an average, and it reaches you as well as us.
05 Reporting

What you get back

Reporting is agreed at setup and delivered on a fixed cadence. You should never have to ask how the campaign is doing.

Dials and connects Volume attempted and volume reached, by day and by campaign.
Outcomes by disposition How calls ended, using the disposition set we agree with you rather than a generic default.
Talk time and agent activity Time actually spent on live conversations, so you can see where the hours went.
QA outcomes Scores from the review process and the themes coming out of them.
Compliance exceptions Anything the system blocked or the review process flagged, reported rather than quietly filed.
Call recordings Available on request for any call in the campaign, within our retention period.

We do not publish benchmark conversion or answer rates, on this page or in a pitch. Those numbers depend on your offer, your market and your data, and any figure quoted before we have run your campaign would be a guess dressed up as a forecast.

06 Campaign shapes

What a campaign looks like

We cannot show you a client's campaign, and an anonymised case study with the names filed off is still a claim you have no way to check. What we can show you is how the work is built.

Below is the shape a campaign takes in three of our verticals: the decisions at setup, the compliance profile, and where quality review is pointed. These are representative constructions rather than accounts of particular engagements. No client, no logo, and no performance figures, because those belong to campaigns we are not free to discuss.

shape one

Residential solar, US, multi-state

The brief Reach homeowners across several states and qualify on ownership, property type, roof condition and current energy spend.
What setup actually decides Which states. Each one adds its own calling window and attempt cap, and multi-state is where solar campaigns usually go wrong: a single national dial rule is a breach in the strict states and leaves contact on the table everywhere else.
Compliance profile Timezone derived per record. Windows and caps configured per state rather than campaign-wide. DNC checked at dial time. Recording consent attached per state, with the consent gate armed in two-party states.
Script and floor Homeowner status is established early, because everything downstream depends on it. Agents are trained to disqualify renters and unsuitable roofs quickly rather than push.
Where QA points The scorecard weights the ownership question and the disclosure. Reviewers listen specifically for agents helping a prospect qualify, which is the most common way a solar campaign produces appointments that go nowhere.
shape two

Business energy and utilities, UK

The brief Reach the decision maker at business sites and capture contract end date, current supplier, site count, annual consumption and meter type.
What setup actually decides That this is a timing campaign rather than a persuasion campaign. The value is reaching a business inside its renewal window, so the data plan matters more than the pitch.
Compliance profile CTPS screening for business numbers, and TPS where sole traders blur the line. Calling windows on local time. Recording notification played on connect.
Script and floor Gatekeeper handling is most of the job. The qualifying fields are technical, so agents are trained on what a meter type actually is. Otherwise the field fills with noise that looks like data.
Where QA points Reviewers check field accuracy against the recording, not just whether the call sounded good. A campaign collecting wrong contract end dates is worse than one collecting none, because someone acts on it.
shape three

Debt settlement, US

The brief Reach consumers carrying unsecured balances and capture balance, number of accounts and payment status.
What setup actually decides How much friction to build in. This is the most compliance-sensitive work we take on: financial circumstances, and often people under real pressure.
Compliance profile Attempt caps carry the most weight here. DNC and internal suppression enforced hard, two-party consent states gated, and agents trained that a request to stop is immediate and permanent rather than an objection to handle.
Script and floor No pressure language. The script is written to disqualify people the service cannot help, and agents are coached to end those calls rather than continue them.
Where QA points Exception-led. Any call where a request to stop was not honoured immediately is escalated rather than absorbed into an average, and it reaches the client as well as us.
