Service one
Outsourced call centre
Our agents, our infrastructure, your campaign. We build the script, train the floor, dial the data and report back on every call. You get an outbound operation without hiring one.
Outbound call centre and lead supply, US and UK
Callrez is an outbound call centre and lead supplier working across US and UK markets. We operate our own dialing infrastructure and our own agents, so quality, pacing and compliance are things we control rather than things we hope a vendor gets right.
Every gate is evaluated against this lead’s own timezone, not the agent’s.
Most partners start with one and add the other. Both services are priced per engagement: volume, vertical and market all move the number, so we quote after a conversation rather than publishing a rate card.

Service two
Verified, DNC-scrubbed, duplicate-checked leads delivered with full contact detail and the qualifying fields your vertical actually needs. Sourced by us, not scraped or resold from a list broker.
Campaigns fail at the setup stage far more often than they fail on the phones. We spend the first weeks on targeting and data before an agent dials anything, because a well-built campaign is mostly decisions made before the first call.
Who you sell to, what disqualifies a prospect, and which market you are buying. US and UK campaigns are built differently from the first conversation.
The opening, the qualification path and the objections, written against your offer. Alongside it, where the data comes from and how it will be screened.
Our agents dial on our platform, with calling windows, attempt caps, DNC and consent applied by the system rather than left to the person on the phone.
You get the call data and the QA outcomes. We change the script, the targeting or the pacing based on what the calls actually show.
Split across the two services. Nothing here is subcontracted to another call centre or another data supplier.
We do not take campaigns in verticals we have not run. These are the four we know, in the US and UK.
We have also run card payment services in the UK. That campaign last dialled in July 2026 and is archived, so we list it as history rather than as a vertical we are currently staffed for.
Anyone can rent a dialer and put people on phones. What that buys you is a dependency: when pacing drifts, when a state's calling window is wrong, when consent is not captured, you file a ticket and wait. We wrote the platform our agents dial on, so those are settings we change rather than requests we submit.
Calling windows, attempt caps, DNC and recording consent are enforced by the dialer at the moment of the call. A rule that only exists in a policy document is a rule that gets broken on a busy afternoon.
Full recording across every campaign, with agents scored against a written QA standard rather than against a manager's impression of how the day went.
We sell this work because we do this work. Scripts get tested by the people who have to say them out loud fifty times a day, and rewritten when they do not hold up.
Dial pacing is tuned to the campaign and the market, not left on a vendor default that optimises for their throughput instead of your contact quality.
Infrastructure provisioned for concurrent multi-campaign dialing. The figures below describe our platform and our book of work. We do not publish client names or headcount, because most of what we run sits under contract and none of it is ours to advertise.
Most companies in this industry put a paragraph about TCPA at the bottom of the page and move on. Ours has its own page, because it is the reason clients stay.
Whether that is an outbound campaign you would rather not staff yourself, or lead volume in a vertical we already run. We will tell you honestly if it is not a fit.
